Cornwall council opts for accelerated funding related to future water rates

Cornwall council decided earlier this week to support an accelerated funding scenario related to the city’s transition to metered water billing, that would result in higher short-term rate increases.But under metered rates, some users would still pay less than their current flat rate charge, with others paying more.
