Ontario presents Belleville with $1.2M in Building Faster Funds

A successful year of new housing builds in Belleville led to a hefty cash injection for the city Monday morning at City Hall from the Ontario government.Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis was unable to attend the meeting due to a prior commitment but Coun.
