Belleville firefighters quickly extinguish a fully involved garage blaze

City firefighters made quick work of a garage fire that broke out Thursday afternoon in Belleville.Belleville Fire and Emergency Services personnel were dispatched after a call for assistance came in at 1:32 p.m.When firefighters arrived, they were presented with a blaze burning through the roof of a detached garage between two homes in the 100 block of Montgomery Boulevard.The garage was fully involved with two homes on each side only steps away.“Firefighters made a rapid attack and brou
