Wildfire-related evacuation orders cancelled from Hell’s Gate to Alexandra Bridge

The Fraser Valley Regional District (FVRD) has cancelled evacuation orders for the Hell’s Gate area that were implemented as a result of the Brunswick Creek wildfire.
In a news release on Thursday (Aug. 27), the FVRD said the evacuation orders in the area between Hells Gate and Alexandra Bridge in Electoral Area A have been fully rescinded. The orders were originally issued on July 21, 23 and Aug. 1.
