Rental prices hold steady in Abbotsford, while B.C. gets pricier

While prices for many other things might be going up, rental prices in Abbotsford have remained steady recently.
From June to July, the local average asking price for rentals remained at $1,744.
Despite July having no drop in monthly price, it is still a massive 12.4 per cent decline from this same time last year.
This gives Abbotsford the biggest drop in annual rental prices in B.C. and the second-biggest in all of Canada.
