4 people suing Langley Township mayor for defamation

Four members of the same family, including the head of a major Langley-based film studio, are suing Township of Langley Mayor Eric Woodward over remarks he made during a radio interview last month.
A B.C. Supreme Court statement of claim for defamation was filed by Gemma Martini, founder and CEO of Martini Film Studios, her brother Thomas Martini, president and CEO of Lorval Developments, and their parents, Maria and Renato Martini, owners of Coast Cranberries Ltd.
