118 properties now on evacuation alert due to Ainslie Creek wildfire

A new evacuation alert has been issued by the Thompson-Nicola Regional District (TNRD) due to the Ainslie Creek wildfire.
The 54,131.78 hectares blaze remains out of control and is anticipated to spread beyond its current perimeter.
Approximately 118 properties have been put on alert in Electoral Area “N” (Beautiful Nicola Valley-South).
