COLLEGEVILLE >> Ursinus College has established a new scholarship award that provides financial assistance to students from low- and middle-income families from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.The first eight Abele Foundation Scholars Award were awarded to seven incoming first-year students and one continuing student.
