Spay and Save: Casey is a special boy who needs a home

Casey is male, 1 to 2-years-old, and previously neutered. He was found wondering in South Philadelphia. He is super friendly, gets along with other cats but needs to be slowly introduced to a dog as he does not seem too fond of them. ONLY apply if you are able to commit to a lifetime for this special boy.
