Serious Assault - Request For Public Assistance - 300 Block Confederation Drive

On April 24, 2024 at approximately 10:55 p.m., police responded to report of a male who had been assaulted near a gas station in the 300 block of Confederation Drive. The 42-year-old male victim was transported to hospital where he remains in serious condition. Through investigation, a group of 5 people were identified as having stolen a fire extinguisher from a business in the area and were using it to spray people as they walked.  The victim tried to intervene, at which point th
