City of Saskatoon considers installing portable public washrooms in core neighbourhoods

With summer approaching, the City of Saskatoon says public access to washrooms and drinking water is limited in Riversdale and Pleasant Hill. Frontline workers says the city needs to open up facilities to help a growing number of homeless people.
