Hugo Borst onthult dat Maurice Steijn afgelopen zomer bijna een contract had bij Go Ahead Eagles. Steijn wachtte op interesse van een topclub uit Marokko. Uiteindelijk koos Go Ahead voor Paul Simonis, die nu succesvol is in de Eredivisie.
