'SFA admits Livi should have received penalty'

Livingston say the Scottish FA has admitted to "a mistake" after they were denied a penalty in Saturday's 2-1 defeat by Rangers.Emmanuel Fernandez appeared to handle the ball from a shot by Livi forward Tete Yengi when the score was 1-1.Yengi had just equalised for the visitors in the 18th minute, but they would go on to lose a second-half goal and stay bottom of the Scottish Premiership.Chairman Calvin Ford stated on the Livingston website how "frustrated" he was by the decision."It was a huge
