Manhunt underway for Fairfax County man wanted on assault, carjacking charges

Police in Fairfax County said they are looking for a man who assaulted members of his family, carjacked a vehicle at knifepoint, kidnapped the driver and led officers in chase throughout the D.C. area this weekend.
