The Raptors are betting on strengths, not solving weaknesses, in drafting Allen Graves
In general, number-19 picks in NBA drafts do not usually end up hitting in the NBA. It’s rare that teams find stars at 19, let alone starters. And the Toronto Raptors likely leaned into that in their selection of the near-20-year-old Allen Graves at 19 in the 2026 NBA Draft.
Graves is six-foot-eight with a seven-foot wingspan. He averaged 11.4 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game while also adding 1.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 35 games. He did that in 22.6 minutes per game.Brendan
