The San Francisco 49ers selected Louisville running back Isaac Guerendo with the 129th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. After a pair of a running backs went off the board late in the fourth round, the Niners opted to trade up and make sure they didn’t lose out on another halfback at the end of the fourth round. San Francisco sent the 173rd and 176th overall picks to the New York Jet
