San Diego Padres Minor League Update: Week 1

El Paso Chihuahuas have begun their season The Triple-A affiliate of the Padres, the El Paso Chihuahuas, began their 2025 season March 28, the day after the major league team got started. Many of the players seen during spring camp, often as the first replacements when the major league talent had gotten their needed at bats, will play for El Paso.
They began their season with three games versus the Salt Lake Bees, the Angels affiliate, winning two of three. They then played the Oklahoma City Co
