Asante Samuel Jr. Underwent Neck Surgery, Visited With Saints

Former Chargers CB Asante Samuel, Jr. underwent neck surgery in April and is waiting to sign with another team, according to Jeremy Fowler. Fowler reports that Samuel visited with the Saints on Monday.
