A’s Notes: Muncy, Soderstrom, McNeil

The Athletics optioned Opening Day third baseman Max Muncy to Triple-A Las Vegas this afternoon. That was the corresponding move to activate Tyler Soderstrom from his minimal stint on the injured list.
