Titans' Simmons throws punch, sent to side field

Defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, who threw a punch in a team drill on Tuesday, spent the rest of the Tennessee Titans' practice working on a side field, and coach Robert Saleh told reporters afterward that "if you throw punch, you're out of practice."
