Steelers' Watt could play in AFC North title game

Steelers star pass rusher T.J. Watt, who suffered a partially punctured lung during dry needling treatment on Dec. 10, could be available to play in the AFC North title game vs. the Baltimore Ravens, coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday.
