Ryan Blaney knocked out of NASCAR Gateway race after brake failure

Ryan Blaney, second in the NASCAR Chase points standings, suffered brake failure, causing him to hit the wall and end his NASCAR Gateway race in Stage 3 on Sept. 13.Blaney said the issue was the brake caliper. Blaney never led but ran in the top-5 for much of the race prior to the part failure.
