NASCAR is going back to Rockingham Speedway for the first time in 12 years during the Cup Series off weekend.The NASCAR Xfinity Series will run the North Carolina Education 250 at 3 p.m. CT on April 19 in Rockingham, North Carolina. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series will run the Black's Tire 200 at 4 p.m. CT on April 18.Some of the sport's biggest names, including former Cup Series full-time driver Kasey Kahne, will make their way to "The Rock" for the Xfinity Series' first race there since 2004
