NBA Notes: Sixers, Dean Wade, Celtics, Ron Harper Jr, Knicks

The Sixers have used just about every dollar available from their non-taxpayer mid-level exception. According to Hoops Rumors, Philadelphia committed nearly the entire exception to the signings of Dean Wade and Anfernee Simons, leaving roughly $44,000 unspent.  That may not sound like much, and for now, it isn’t.
