Celtics add former lottery pick Devin Carter on Exhibit 10 deal

A few days after the Celtics emerged as a possible landing spot for Devin Carter, they got their man. Or at least they got him a training-camp jersey. Carter has agreed to join Boston and will compete for a standard roster spot or two-way contract, Michael Scotto of HoopsHype reported.
