Dear Editor,In our statewide election this November, Vermont voters will see two amendments to the Vermont Constitution on the ballot: Proposal 3 and Proposal 4.The proposed constitutional amendments were crafted and passed by the majority in the Vermont Legislature with legal end goals in mind.
