Dear Editor,Gov. Phil Scott selling Vermont the nuclear kool-aid is unacceptable. The governor insists that nuclear power is clean. He supports developing small modular nuclear reactors in Vermont. In an attempt to meet Vermont’s carbon commitments, the state wants to substitute the definition of “clean” for “renewable” to justify nuclear’s inclusion with H.601.
