Personnel file: Perrysburg schools employee accused of sexual relationship with former student

The Perrysburg High School intervention specialist who was placed on leave in March was accused in October of having a sexual relationship with a former student he met while substitute teaching at Maumee High School, according to a review of his personnel file.
