Ohio elections chief unsurprised by high court's mail ballot decision

COLUMBUS — It’s not surprising that the U.S. Supreme Court blocked President Trump’s proposed mail-in ballot restrictions ahead of the November election, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose said Tuesday.
