Microsoft tells Ohio lawmakers it will halt data center nondisclosure agreements

COLUMBUS — Microsoft will no longer utilize nondisclosure agreements with local governments, the company’s senior director of state government affairs told the Joint Committee on Data Centers on Thursday.
