Metroparks chief sees more great things on horizon eight years after vision began

Metroparks Toledo Executive Director Dave Zenk began a speech to the Rotary Club of Toledo on Monday by admitting “our community wasn’t what we wanted it to be” in 2017, the year the park district uses as its benchmark for the era we’re in today.
