Man sues judge, lawyer contending improper coercion in sale of home

A North Toledo man has filed a lawsuit against two local lawyers, including a sitting Toledo Municipal Court judge, alleging the judge improperly coerced him to sell an interest in his house to the judge, who lives across the street.
