Driver killed in head-on crash on U.S. 24 near Monroe

MONROE — A Flat Rock, Mich., man was killed and a Monroe man was injured in a head-on collision Monday morning on Telegraph Road in Frenchtown Township, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported.
