Bond set at $4 million for man accused of Kei’mani Latigue’s disappearance, death

Bond was set at $4 million Friday morning for Darnell Jones, the man accused of spiriting his daughter away from the custody of her grandmother, killing her, and leaving her body in a burned-out East Toledo house.
