Anti-distracted driving bill expected to come back next year

A bill to make it illegal for drivers to hold their cell phones as they talk on them and drive at the same time found a surprising amount of success but ultimately failed to cross the finish line. It's author, Breaux Bridge Representative Mike Huval, says the surprising momentum the legislation gained indicates a growing interest in safer roads.
