Medical emergency leads to a van crash at the Orange Plaza

On Wednesday, November 19, at approximately 9:22 p.m., police officers responded to a traffic collision into The Plaza, in downtown Orange, according to the Orange Police Department.Upon arrival, the officers found a white Dodge van had crashed into the exterior bollards and caused minor damage to a park bench.
The driver, a 60-year-old man, appeared to be experiencing a medical emergency.
