Live: Shooting suspect died in gunfire exchange with police

Authorities have identified the two men killed in Wednesday’s mass shooting in an apartment building near Loring Park as neighbors of the shooter. The Hennepin County attorney revealed that her office declined to press charges against the suspect two weeks ago for threatening a neighbor and brandishing a weapon.
