Two dead in e-bike crash in Wilson County, driver not cited or arrested

Just after 5 a.m. Thursday, the Wilson Police Department said 42-year-old Charise Dickerson and 49-year-old Jason Williams,both of Wilson, were riding an e-bike on Tilghman Road when Collin McLaughlin, 22, of Wilson, hit them on Tilghman Road.
