SHP: Speed considered as factor in Harnett County crash, car fire that killed 1 man

Troopers said the 22-year-old driver, Triston Amarion Pippins of Mount Pleasant, Texas, drove through a stop sign, ran off the roadway, hit a highway sign, drove through the woods and hit a tree, which caused the car to catch on fire.
