Second suspect arrested in 2024 Wayne County murder

Deputies said Damion Lavonte Harmon was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service in Newport News, Virginia. He is accused of being involved in the October 2024 murder of Tyleem Qur'an Juemar Coleman.
