Police: Missing Roanoke Rapids mom & 2-year-old daughter found safe

According to the Roanoke Rapids Police Department, 20-year-old Paris Denice'ya Hines and her 2-year-old daughter, Zenobia, were reported missing On Tuesday. Police said the two were last seen leaving Madison Street in Roanoke Rapids, adding that no one has seen or heard from Paris in three weeks.
