Wool E. Bull is among 28 nominees for the Hall of Fame. Other nominees include Big Al of the University of Alabama Crimson Tide, Homer the Dragon of the Charlotte Knights, Hugo the Hornet of the Charlotte Hornets and Mrs. Met of the New York Mets.
