Wrongful death suit alleges downtown Portland bar overserved drunk driver before deadly 2024 crash

A lawsuit filed by the aunt of victim Wael Zahran accuses Dixie Tavern of serving driver Jacob Tabor while he was "visibly intoxicated" the night of the crash.
