'Say it': OSBI seeking information in nearly 10-year-old cold case

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A metro family has been left without answers for nearly ten years."Cynthia was a mother and her daughter has gone almost ten years at this point without her mom, without knowing what happened to her mom," said Amanda Newland-Davis, co-founder  and director of investigative research, Oklahoma Cold Cases.Cynthia Garcia was last seen June 1st, 2016 leaving her job at the FAA in Southwest Oklahoma City.
