Oklahoma Governor Stitt signs 'Rocket's Red Glare Act' into law

On Tuesday, Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed into law the 'Rocket Red Glare Act', expanding fireworks use on private property, including the use of bottle rockets.
