Former lawmaker sues to remove Stitt's constitutional convention question from April ballot

Former State Rep. Mark McBride filed a lawsuit Tuesday asking the Oklahoma Supreme Court to rule that Governor Kevin Stitt's executive order placing a constitutional convention question on April ballots was unconstitutional—and to remove it from ballots.
