Cedar Lake residents challenge findings from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board

The Oklahoma Water Resources Board says the water problems at Cedar Lake aren't caused by unpermitted dams, but by the drought and other factors. Cedar Lake residents argue an independent hydrologist didn't draw the same conclusions.
