The Brooklyn Democratic Party’s chaotic, hours-delayed organizational meeting descended into chaos on Wednesday, beset with tech issues, incongruous vote counts and all-out shouting matches.It was the latest battle in a war over party leadership fought by sitting chair Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn and a group of reformers aligned with New Kings Democrats. Reformers won a majority of district leader seats in the June primary election to oust Bichotte Hermelyn in favor of longtime distric
