Permits filed for 12-story residential building with 54 residences in Fordham Heights

Permits have been filed for the construction of a 12-story building with 54 units at 2260 Morris Ave. in the Fordham Heights section of the Bronx.The proposed building would be 112 feet tall and yield 36,161 square feet of space. With an average unit scope of 669 square feet, the 54 residences will most likely be rentals.Other planned features for the building include a cellar and a rear yard 55 feet long.
