Former Siena basketball player Downey wins 2nd straight NYS Mid-Amateur golf title

Kyle Downey, a 2012 Siena graduate playing out of Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, finished with a 54-hole total of 207 (6-under par), beating Matthew Lowe by a single stroke.
